There is a very good brochure of CAH in Spanish prepared by the Texas Department of Health Services, but it makes explicit mention to the effects of androgens on female genitalia.  Perhaps, if you do not feel comfortable sharing this info, you could cut and paste the document in word, eliminating the section that mentions this problem.
