I took Dexamethasone prenatally and had a baby girl who through testing we found out she isn’t even a carrier for CAH.  She is now 7 and is absolutely perfect.  Believe me I watched for signs of problems and we have been pleasantly surprised.  I know you were concerned about boys in this post, but thought this might help.
