As you can see not everyone has it easy with CAH which is apparent - read the thread on cutting, shows this.  It seems this often happened with teenagers with CAH and it could be due to the meds being off.  This highlights a problem which we need looking into, along with many others, hence sometimes negativity which I see as realism is very valuable on this board.  People with young children who have CAH would like to believe that all is perfect and of course with the right treatment it can be, but not all is black and white with CAH.
