My son is four and has SWCAH.  I have noticed in the last year lots more aggression.  His blood work is currently good, and his endo never tries to get his levels to that of a non-cah person because he feels this would require too much steroid, so I do not feel that he is over supressed.  He is not aggressive every day, but something will set him off and he gets really angry.  I can see it in his eyes.  He has bit, hit, and pulled my hair.  We have spanked and we have put him in his room.  I just really want to get a hold on this now while he is young.  I am open to any suggestions.
