Our CAH daughter is the most non-aggressive child you would come across.  I’m not sure aggression is anything to do with CAH, particularly as your son’s levels seem to be OK, but a lot of parents seem to think it is.  Maybe it is something that is individual for the child.   However, there are a lot of nonCAH children who do display aggression as well.   CAH or not, the aggression needs to be controlled and it explained to the child that it is simply not acceptable behaviour in society, particularly towards a parent.  Danny Carleton is also a strong advocate on channelling the aggression positively and teaching them to control their own anger, which is fantastic.  Good luck, I know it’s not easy.
