Am I correct that your stepson has only recently been diagnosed with CAH? Hopefully you’ll find that once your stepson has commenced treatment for his CAH some of this aggression will reduce. Be aware that untreated or uncontrolled CAH with it’s rampant androgen levels can cause this aggressive behaviour and hopefully he won’t need the zoloft after awhile.
