Does anyone know what the worse case would be if CAH went untreated? My stepson has just been diagnosed with CAH at 5yrs old and there are a few family members in denial and don’t want us to get him treatment. (No religious reason here just fear of drugs I am guessing)

I am looking for any info or web sites that would answer this question. We are starting treatment of Lupron and hydrocortisone.
