I have two  SW CAH boys,  one of the boys is really small,  he is six and looks like a 4 year old,  my other son is 9 and is above average height but slim,  looks his age.  Both kids are well controlled, healthy and happy.  It used to drive me crazy that my youngest was so small, not on the charts at all for a while.
