I’ve started looking for a job and have a couple of interviews.  How do you approach them about your child with CAH. Do you let them know about needing time off for emergencies etc.........?.  How do you go about discussing this? Do you do this after you get the job?I lost my job about 6 yrs ago when I got custody of my 2 grandchildren. I worked there for 17 yrs. My grandson has SWCAH. He was only 3 yrs old & very sick when I 1st got them. I took so much time off work I had to resign. I worked for a big major company and they were not sympathic nor were they going to tolerate it even under the circumstances. Now they are both school age and he is doing excellent. No daycare in my state would accept him. But now I have a family member to care for them when they are not in school. Would like some advice!
