For years my daughter’s schedule was 3am, 7am, noon, and 5:30pm.  I believe that it is very important to take the meds soon after waking up in the am.  My daughter was growing ;with bone age a little advanced, but that is so subjective, so her endo recently added another dose at 10pm.  (She did not add more Cortef we just spread it out over 5 doses instead of 4) The largest dose being 3am, and getting smaller with each dose until the smallest at 10pm.  She is 5 years old, 44 pounds and is on a daily total of 9mg/day.  The exact amounts for each dose are my best estimate with cutting and putting in oral syringes for the day.  Her endo is quite happy with this because we know the daily total for sure.  Her levels have been excellent.  Actually with adding the 10pm dose, her levels were low so we might be able to drop her daily dose.  I am a firm believer in this type of dosing.  Our bodies do not receive HUGE doses 2 or 3 times a day but a more constant series of doses with the largest around 3am and another peak at 7am and smaller ones throughout the day.   Anyway, good luck with the new schedule.  It’s really not harder.  We just give it to her basically with each meal, before we go to bed and 3am so it’s pretty easy to remember.  Julia
