My 9 year old is going through exactly the same thing.  Her weight is all in her torso.  Like your daughter, it looks huge!  We too eat "healthy" and she is very active and involved in many sports.

Her endo is going to cut her dose of cortef.  We are keeping our fingers crossed.  It feels like such a tight wire act...keeping the CAH symptoms at bay or dealing with the effects of oversuppression.
