Dear CAROL : ) I was so very excited by your post that I didn’t put your name in it. It’s like sitting at the same table sometimes looking across to the person and then asking them something important or in my case doing yoga stretches last night and : ) hey yeah !! what about this !!!

I didn’t have much trouble with the weight as a kid and being confused aboutthe residents being happy about that I only gained a pound since the last visit. I was thin in the summer and fatter in the winter like many people in Michigan  and I do wonder how much family genetics play in this. I walk into the German deli down here and it’s like my people we look so much a like. I’m really connecting things here and reflexing over 34 years of dosing and at what times based more so in lifestyle preferences  of myself and parents that for the most part followed the this rythm thing that is being discussed. And then with the prednisone, I guessed that the equivalent was around 7.5 BUT wasn’t sure if that meant equivalent to our needs in the potency department as well : )   thanks this info helped in many ways. Sometimes a duck isn’t a duck when it comes to all of this and a good part is seeing that side effects chalked up to the cortisone might not really be from there but ummm rather the thyroid or even celiac sprue or even cancer.

Dear Jenny,

You never know with this and there is good chance that even though it’s going well that because of their study it could get even better for his health overall now and in the future  and then benefit others as well. Who really knows  and all the best!  Just curious but what does he take now?

*** I don’t know if any of my above posts made any sence but I’m very happy that this study has something to do in benefiting physical health of CAH with current knowledge built on the past.
