My oldest had to have a bunch of caps put on his teeth when he was 3 years old.  I felt like the worst mother,  I let my babies teeth fall apart.  Anyway we had the caps put on the rest of his teeth are OK and his adult teeth look pretty good.  He was put under for the procedure.  He did fine.  My youngest’s teeth are great.  It can just be bad luck that the enamel does not form right?  Try not to blame yourself.
