Our endo knows that testing at the same time is best but for practical reasons for most of her clients (they test when the appt is) it doesn’t work.  We have chosen to have my daughter tested at our local hospital 2 weeks prior to the appt. and they send the sample to esoterix.  We always do the draw around 9am.  It is after her 7am meds.  This is why I want to do the 24 urine test.  It is not just one time thing, it’s how the levels are for a whole 24 hours.  Julia
