hi cassy! i was just reading your post a while back about when to give the largest dose. i just wanted to let you know that my son sees one of the docs at the nat’l inst. of health. she is currently doing several trials with cah and sees over 100 patients right now with cah--as you know, that is a VERY high number. she recommends giving the largest dose at night. she explained to me why once, but now i can’t remember, but it made sense at the time. my son is growing fine.
