Hello fellow CAH parents,

I say that I am a cah parent because my son was found to be abnormal on his initial and subsequent n/b screenings. I took him back to the doctor 2 days ago at the request of his pediatrician for blood chems and additional 17oh test. My son is now 27 days old and shows no signs or symptoms except the abnormal screening test. I am not in denial that he has cah but more concerned that I was not even contacted by the state until week 3 regarding the results. After reading every post the first day I am very thankful that my son did not have a crisis. Has anyone else had this happen? We are awaiting the results from the last test and will go from there. I am sure I will get to know a lot of you on this board and really appreciate all of the advice so far.
