Below is the address to send to get information of that type. They have forms, letters, and such already made up for use.
When I went to Mayo Clinic, the head endo told me to put Addisons disease on the med tag. Said most emergency rooms wouldn’t know about swcah. I have on mine adreanal insufficency, but my pocket card tells the swcah and saltawasting.
Salt wasting means that the body can dehydrate very rapidly, and that fluids need to be given, via what ever method needed, usually saline injection via introvenus. I am sure you understand that saline means salt water?

Now as far as Florinef, that is a name of a medication, not the disease. Florinef makes the body retain the fluid that comes into it, to keep the patient from dehydrating.
I hope this helps, but be sure to contact the folks below for the forms for emergency care.
