Congrats to your new addition...We live in IL and (this may sound bad) but thankfully my daughter was born with severe virilization...Without that we never would have found out about her SWCAH. The State of IL didnt contact me about her n/b screen until she was almost 2 months old! But i guess progress & technology do take time.
