Hi my son is 4 and he only weighs 28 lbs. He weighed 6 lbs when he was born and has had a NG tube put in but that did nothing but put stress on his body. He is on cortef and florinef and he is swcah as well. So i know what you are going through he has been below the 5 th percentile for ever. But he is bright and very smart despite him being very small he is only 30inches tall. So i wish you the best misty
