My 9 month old daughter SWCAH is having the same problem.  She was doing well until she hit 6 months or so and did the same thing...stuck around 14 pounds. She was 15 lbs 5 oz at her 9 month appointment this week.  (She is 15% I think...)  Her length and head circumference are fine though.  She has a normal healthy appetite.
