I have SW-CAH and I have broken my nose twice and a couple of fingers. Being of the old school (i.e., not knowing any better, I’ve never stress dosed. I’m 41 and it hasn’t killed me yet.

However, each case is different and check with your endo. I just wanted to let you know that sometimes we just bump along and manage ok.
