So you aren’t the only one that lives in the boonies. We live around central Ohio. We have this Amish family that lives in our area. They kill me. It can be freezing cold and they are in their buggies going into town. Ugh. But I have such a respect for them to keep their lives so simple. That is why I have this great respect for them. The children are so precious. They just built a Walmart further south that is catering to the Amish community. Their parking lot is 90 percent buggy parking. They call that area, "Amish Country". Do they call it the same by you? We love to travel to Amish Country and buy their furniture and goods. They usually park up on our "big town corner" which we laugh because our central "town" consists of a country store that still runs after many years. They park there and sell pies and baskets. My daughter came face to face with a few Amish children at a store by us. She was about 4 at the time. They were so cute because she was facinated with them and they were facinated with her. She has wanted an Amish dress and bonet since she saw them. I am sure they wanted her Nemo short set she had on. Too cute.Laura
