Well our 6 year old SWCAH daughter is quite the opposite, very placid.  In fact, her 4 and 3 year old sisters (non affected) are the more aggressive ones.  Even when her meds have been a bit out we have never noticed her being aggressive.  She does tend to get a little bit emotional when she is tired, that’s about it.  Another thing to look at is reactions to food preservatives and additives.  A lot of foods these days contain preservatives, additives and colours which can make some children/adults behave in an inappropriate manner.  Not all children are affected, but some are to extreme degrees.   Even every day things like breads can contain preservatives.  It is well worth a look at this as well and to maybe contact a doctor regarding having her tested for reactions to these things.   We have noticed a difference in our 4 year old’s behaviour since taking note of additives and preservatives in foods and deleting them from her diet.  A much better behaved and co-operative young lady!  Good luck.
