I also have twins with CAH. They are 2 1/2, both girls and both salt wasting. I’m sure you have a lot of questions and concerns. Try to research this board as well as the CARES website (www.caresfoundation.org) as much as you can and learn as much as you can. Twins are very overwhelming anyway, but having them born with something unexpected sometimes seems too hard to handle.  Where are you located?
