hi antionette! congrats on your babies!!

we are all scared at first when told our little ones have cah. thats ok and normal to feel that way. there ARE times when cah IS scary! however, i am the mom of 3 kids and my youngest son who is now 18 months has salt wasting cah. i agree with cassy. do the research as best you can and contact the cares foundation. join their mailing list and receive their newsletters.

just to let you know............my son is doing great. he takes his cortef and florinef every day and we are very in tune with his body when he gets sick (which is has been about the same number of times as his non cah sisters). he has been in the hospital twice since diagnosis, both times with stomach  viruses. he is now growing well , completely normal developmentally, and a very happy little guy.

i can only imagine your feelings of dealing with twins and now the cah. however, hang in there. it WILL get easier!!
