Very good questions. I have contacted over 140 doctors/professors at different Medical Universities across the USA and Canada, but have only received dead ends. There are several photos published in medical journals, but they are all dated 1960-1970. The author of this textbook, Dr. R. Brooker, is looking for new photos never before published.

I am not only asking for photos, but am also asking for information, ie contact info of doctor’s who may be able to supply photos. Dr. Brooker also has a team of 5 phD. professors who are aiding him in the writing of different chapters and they *hopefully* they would be able to validate any photos sent in.

I am also weary of accepting photos submitted anyone other that the actual patient, because I have to deal with model release forms, and photos submitted by doctors/professors do not always have up to date release forms on hand.
