My son has had the same issues.  He is now 21 months old and is up to the 30th % for height and the 10th% for weight.  His father is 6’4 and I am 5’9.  My daughters have always been in the 90+% for height so it is hard to not think it is CAH/Medication related.  My son also seems to be oversuppressed based on his lab’s.  There was a 4 month period when he did not grow at all.  After a big dose decrease he did start growing again.  My son also receives the same doses of florinef and cortef as your son.  It seems to me that sometimes it takes a few months to see an improvement in growth and lab’s after a dose change.  It hasn’t improved immediately for us.  WE go back to the endo.  in August so if his labs still suggest oversuppression I am going to INSIST we reduce the cortef again.  Our endo. is very busy and it seems as long as he isn’t undersuppressed he is happy to leave things as they are.  NOT ME!!
