I have two SW CAH boys,  my youngest was so small,  not on the chart for weight and maybe @10% for height.  He was just tiny,  hard not to worry even with an older CAH’er.  Anyway he is 6 now and is probably 25% for both height and weight, he has almost always been under good control, so I don’t know why he was so small?  Everyone always thought he was so smart for a baby and I had to say well he is four not 18 months old...

His older brother had a bout with oversupression,  prior to this board or I would have figured out we had a very bad endo.  Anyway he was just puffy, not small,  really puffy, biggest roundest face you have ever seen.....He is now tall and slim, I think 75% height and 50% weight.

Both my children are well controlled,  they take cortef tablets.

Good luck to you.
