It would be an extremely rare event in the general population, and hardly worth mentioning in a health book. There would be thousands of things that would have a greater impact on reproductive health in the general population than CAH. The intent is obvious -- they want to falsely imply that CAH is proof of some sort of overall gender ambiguity.
