We are thinking about having another child in the near future. I have a 3 year old SWCAH and was wondering what the purpose of dex is during pregnancy. I know the endo explained to us that there is a 1 out of 4 chance that the next child has CAH but, I didn’t know what role the dex plays in all of this. ANd what are the side effects of dex during pregnancy?
