between the age 2 to 3 years run into crisis w/o clear signs?

I would appreciate research for this strange things.

From my point of few it is related to the sugar.

The problem with the sugar is only mentioned in a few articles.

(Kirk - regarding the sinus,  as far as I konw a child with 2 years has no sinus,

they start to develop it. )
