you were talking about lights hurting your eyes, i agree.  what i found right before i go into a crisis, my left eye will start flashing bright lights.  when this happens i take a tirple dose.  this seems to work for me.  it only took 44 years to figure it out.  about 5 years ago i had the worst crisis i can remember.  i was living on my own i went into crisis so fast.  i wanted to dail 911 but i could not remember how to use a phone.  thank god a person from my job called me, i was late to work.  i answered the phone (i don’t remember answering the pone) she said i said help and she heard the phone drop.  she called 911 help came i heard them say i was dead then another one said i think i feel a light pluse.  i had no blood pressue.  i was in the hosiptal for a week.  thank god for a good imploye. i no longer live by my self. now god help me understand my warning signs.  i have not had a crisis for three years now. i just take extra hydrocorisone when my eye starts acting up on me.
