They would diagnose CAH by a high 17-0hp on the blood test.  Are they sure she has CAH and not just precocious puberty?  Does she have pubic hair and adult body odor?  I have one child who had precocious puberty and no CAH and another who has CAH and no precocious puberty.  CAH can cause precocious puberty but they’re 2 different conditions.
