I am the wife of a man who has CAH. My husband is so stubburn when it comes to this life threatening problem.  He has not been on meds in 11 years and just recently I have gotten him to go to the Dr.  The Dr said that he sees no need for him to take meds on a regular basis, only when his body is in stressful situations.  My question is now my husband is having problems urinating and he has noticed there is small amounts of blood in the urine.  I have had the run down about this condition from his mother and at one point she has told me about possible problems with his prostate.  His symptoms mask that of a UTI and the first stages of prostate cancer.  Is there anyone out there that has had problems with tumors with this condition in the testicles?
