I had fun today. The main point of today was getting to know everyones concerns and hopes for the future. We discussed how the medical profession, outside of our endos, is lacking in knowledge. We discussed our fears for the future. We also discussed things like putting out a newsletter directed more towards the kids so that they feel more included in the CAH aspect of their lives, or trying to start an annual picnic or daycamp so that they can get accuainted with other CAH kids, so that they know they are not alone. It was very enlightening for me, as I had never really met any other kids with CAH.  Although, Kaden was the only girl there! Was wondering if there were any other girls with CAH in Oklahoma! Looking forward to the next meeting in the Fall. Hoping we can get more families involved.
