Lorene.......I am sorry to hear your husband is being stubborn about his health needs.I think MOST men are...... especially when it comes to the manhood issues! But, for you and your family I would tell him you need him in your life and this means NOW! My father died with prostate cancer and it was VERY ugly in the end. But he had it a long time and it was treated with drugs for a long time....he passed at 84 after several surgeries to stop bleeding and repair damage done by radiation and other things (catherizations) The DR. first thought he would play God and bet that my dad would die of old age or something else before the prostate cancer grew. BUT that did not happen and instead of removing the prostate at 76 they removed his testicles. (still can’t figure out where they were going with that one) The waiting game I suppose! Anyway the fact being is your husband MUST seek medical treatment early for the best chance of survival IF it is the prostate.  My mom had her suitcase packed and sitting by the door and told dad you go to the DR. or I am not going to sit here and watch you die. They went together and he continued taking care of his health after that. I wish you the best and I will pray that it is nothing as serious at Cancer. Good Luck!
