Elaine- I know what you mean. I also have a son with fragile x and he has alot of issues that has to have many therapists come once a week and my other son who is the oldest has SWCAH so i have a daughter who right now is normal which is a bad word to describe but nothing wrong wither her at this time. But, I do believe that it is important to let your other children know that they are just as special as there brother and sister too. I feel it is a must to atleast take time out with each of them and do something special with them too. I know that you are just trying to help because you have been there and done that.
