Hi, We live in Sacramento, CA.  Our daughter doesnt have any acne trouble (thank God).  Both my brother and sister had awful acne growing up and have pitts and scars.  I hated seeing them go through that time.  As for your daughter wow she is tall!  My 12 yr old (may93) is about 120 and is about 5’1.  I am hoping she will be taller and not have weight problems.  I am only 5’4 but my husband is 6’4.  We are both on the thicker side.  He is tall and muscular and I am shorter with a smaller build.  We were going to try the circadium method and decided against it.  We didnt want to distrupt sleep.  She is in puberty, hair growth, 1 period so far and she is developing about the same as her peers.  The dr. says she is on track except for those lab scores.  We are testing again in a week or two so will be able to adjust again if we need to.
