Jill, No experience on plane trips but I have spoken with other CAH moms and they said they have to double or triple the dose for their CAH kids while they are on the plane. I’m sure this depends on how far and how your child usually reacts to similar situations i.e. carnival rides etc. Just a thought. Hope you & your family have a great time
