Is he taking to much cortisone? 7.5 to 20 mg of prednisone/day is way to much for me and I can’t change the past with all the experts saying those doses were right for me but 25mg of hydrocortisone seems to suit me better.

and if he is depressed? stay away from the alcohol! I was never depressed just have tons of anger that I do try to work on from surgery and being poked/ studied by doctors related. 

I found talking with people that have other conditions actually helped me a great deal.
