Three cheers for hydrocortisone throughout the day! I don’t have a pump but take 10mg around 7am ish  5 mg between 2 and 4pm  and 10mg any time after 10pm

 

here is anything that I’ve talking with people of the board with CAH about. Cathy is your son stressed at work or maybe needing something to eat? Sometimes I will get stressed out at work when in reality the stress was a need to get something good to eat and now. 

Does he have any positive mentors at his jobs? or a positive role model outside of his job?  that he can relate to? I have someone now that although he doesn’t have CAH can relate to much of what I feel and I’m not around him that much but it seems he comes just at the right times and shares of himself to show me that Oh heck yes I can do stuff because he has and does.
