I’ve been meaning to post this question for awhile here, my pediatrician never heard of it before.  When my SWCAH 6-month baby breastfeeds he gets very sweaty. So sweaty on his head that all his hair gets soaking wet and his clothes get damp.  This is SWCAH related?  This happens at night while he’s sleeping, too.  I’ve seen my non-cah nephews and niece got sweaty while sleeping as babies so that didn’t surprise me.  But they never were sweating while feeding. Does it have to do with the glucose level or something.  We live in So. Calif. it is quite hot now. I guess we’ll have to budget for high AC bills in the future?

I was really bothered that the endo didn’t have any knowledge of this. Thanks for the input on this board.  Catherine P.
