Hi Karen. You metioned hot flashes. As a teen I would get them terribly. Without notice they would pop up even if I was in air conditioning.  I do not have CAH my daughter does. I can’t remember when they subsided. Now as I am older I will get mean hot flashes in the earlyl morning of my periods.
