BarbaraI am just about 5 weeks pregnant and just starting the dex therapy. I took the dex with my previous pregnancy and although the side effects were annoying the therapy worked completlely for my daughter.
The other day I read an article about a blood test called the gendor mentor. As early as five weeks into your pregnancy you can send in a small sample of blood (you prick your finger and collect three drops of blood that you place on a card) and within 48 hours the lab can tell you if your are having a boy or girl. This is done by testing if there are Y chromosomes in the sample. If none are detected then you are having a girl.
Has anyone heard about this test or tried it?
