I am looking for some quick responses as I am going to a specialist real soon.   I have not taken the ACTH test and know I have LOCAH because my 17 hydroxyprogesterone was very high , like 1233.  Does anyone know what this tells me?  My DHEA-S was normal.  I don’t have a lot of hirsuitism. Or at least I feel it is fairly mild.  Maybe because I have blond hair on my chin for the most part that comes in prickly.    Please help me before I see the specialist.  I need any advice what they should be doing.    I am from South Dakota and we are a little behind I think.    Thanks
