We have worked with Dr. New with great success (New York).  We have also been with Dr. Vogiatzi, whom my daughter loved (also, New York).  We are now with Dr. Marshall.  He also trained under Dr. New and is very knowledgeable of CAH.  I also find him much more approachable than Dr. New.  He is located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
