Tami - I think the above posts are assuming that you have had DNA testing, which then makes it possible to tell via a CVS test whether the baby you are carrying has the same genetic defect as your daughter.  However, if you have not had the DNA test, then your endo is probably right in saying it will be difficult to tell if your baby has CAH as they won’t know what chromosome defect to look for (there are various ones for CAH).  I think this would be the same in whatever Country you live in!
