Hello-  Is this the Elizabeth I know?  You can go to MT daily and post your resume.  I have heard that some companies require 2 to 3 years in an office environment but some would rather you come straight out of training.  A friend of mine just posted on the MT daily that she was straight out of training.  A lady from Oregon that has her own company e-mailed her within a couple of days and she has kept her busy ever since.  I believe the going rate is around 7cents a line so your basically being paid for your production amount.  I have heard of alot of people making a very decent salary with transcription.  There are also ICD 9 coding classes offered also which you could code for insurance agencies or physicians at home.
