A quick question that maybe you could answer.

Where I live we obviously have 911 which runs county wide.  We also have local town firehouses in which each have their own individual rescue ambulances.  For example, if I were to need assistance, I in fact would not call 911, but rather my local ambulance.  The reason being that they are far quicker to respond.  This would also hold true for my son’s school.  They too would call the local ambulance, but being they are located in the next town over it is a different ambulance.  This is the case for our entire county...each town with it’s own ambulance.

How is it that "red flagging" my sons would be doable?  It really is impossible to think that each town ambulance is going to carry solu-cortef, KWIM?  Your posting has really got me thinking, so any thoughts you have would be much appreciated!
