hi there! i have a 19 month old swcah son. i also have a 3yr old and 5 yr old non affected girls . in MY experience it is not cah related. my son has a temper and if tired or hungry can be difficult; however, that is no different from my girls. i can see how the steroids could be an issue, but only at doses too high. i know others may disagree, but i can only speak from MY experience. so far to this date, i have not seen any behavior from my son that is not age appropriate. i can’t imagine having recently come from india and all the changes are not playing some role in this. of course, having ears checked and maybe labs drawn seem like good ideas to me. best of luck!!
